Job Purpose

Sell our great Saas Payroll & HR product to UK and global clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from nurturing new prospects to maximizing cross-selling opportunities.

  • Drive PaySpace growth through a dynamic blend of inbound and outbound prospecting initiatives

  • Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach and managing inbound prospects

  • Team up and engage with our global sales teams, synergizing for optimal results

  • Continuously refine and revamp sales approaches to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Ensure a seamless handover of deals to our delivery team post-closure, fostering a smooth transition for our valued clients.

  • Provide feedback to sales, marketing and product teams for continuous improvement

  • Keep your eyes on the prize and meet & exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years hands-on sales experience in a Saas company or start-up

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of selling HR tech solutions within the UK&I mid-market segment (100-1,500 employees

  • Showcase expertise in selling SaaS payroll & HR solutions for in-house use

  • Up to speed on the latest and greatest UK labour laws and legislation

  • Go-getter and self-staring mentality

  • Unparalleled communication skills

  • You are a native English speaker

  • You are committed to deliver top-notch customer service, turning clients into lifelong advocates

  • Comfortable in the spotlights conducting engaging demos in a pre-sales context

  • Thrive in a global remote team environment

  • Located in the UK or any other location, within GMT +/- 1 hour time zone
