Overview
The payroll team is responsible for working with regional partners to ensure the payroll is accurate and timely
Expansion to implement new payments requirements as they arise. The Team also operationalizes new payment rails and implements comprehensive pay-out solutions.
Key responsibilities
Work with a team of internal and external accountants to ensure payroll is accurate and run timely
Aware of country specific payroll nuances and ability to document the information in a structured way
Serves as a primary content expert involving payroll administration and payroll-tax matters
Measuring the performance and efficiency of payroll
Stay up-to-date with labour and tax legislation and any changes in employee insurance and tax regulations
Play a key role in selection of new payroll partners
Collaborate closely with finance and benefits teams
Work closely with the product and engineering team to define the product features
Key requirements
8+ years of managing global payroll operations
Understanding of global payroll best practices
Experience in implementing payroll in multiple countries
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
Ability to work with multi vendor setup
